Pros: Probably one of the best companies I've dealt with. Not only did they have the item I wanted at the lowest price, but they also included a free bonus USB Ideazon Fang ($30-40 value), shipping was so fast it made my head spin. Customer Service was fast and answered my questions really quickly.
Cons: Their order page could have a little more indication when using a gift card in conjunction with other methods of payment.

Cons: This company has outright awful service. I have dealt with them on THREE separate occasions. And EACH time they have proven their service as pitiful.
The first time I was simply trying to phone in and ask if they had an item in stock. Yes you'd think that their amazing website would state if they have the item in stock, but a little while back, in their infinite wisdom they actually had 2 "Vancouver" Locations even though one of them should of been Bunaby. It took 30 minutes to get in the front of the phone queue ONLY TO BE KICKED BACK TO THE END. So I phone back and it happend 2 more times. And never got a hold of them, becuase they closed before I could reach them. Total time on the phone was over 40 minutes.
Second time I bought a printer and they said they needed to ship it to their store and it would be available on friday at which point they would call me to tell me it's available. Low and behold, no phone call on friday. I come in the next day, on saturday and ask them what's going on. They check the back and the item is right there. I picked up my item and left with no problems, but the lack of phone notification was unsettling. (apparently due to the fact that the person who was suposed to call me was not working that day)
Third time I was there trying to buy something in the early morning, and needed to head to work soon after. Stood in line for almost 30 minutes and just left because they had literally 2 people working there, it was a joke.

Pros: I have been an NCIX fan all the way! found them in PN thats 14-15 months ago.. I was hunting for an extreme gaming PC and was looking at a dell XPS, well out of curiosity googled AMD prices and PN showed up. thanks to PN for being very canadian consumer friendly and letting me meet this awesome retailer. NCIX has been excellent for me.. 6% GST, VIP Membership (extended warranty on some products and prepaid RMA), weekly sales that im always looking forward to, pricematching and more!
Cons: oh i did call once at their customer service, the dude who answered the phone was plain rude. more soft skills i guess, theres always a room for opportunities.

Cons: I purchased a stacker 830 case from NCIX with a request that the item be checked for defects if possible as the case was to be used for a showcase item in the office. The case arrived with shipping damage and the top plastic piece was badly marred. Speaking to customer service the person directed me to remove the piece and return it. I told him that the computer had to be assembled right away and that the computer could not function without this piece (it holds the start button, USB ports etc) and how could I remove it anyways? He had no solution other than giving me a RMA # and say send it back. No help was given other than that, including info on insurance claim.
I did not want to remove the damaged piece without help so I contacted the manufacture direct, not only did cooler master ship a replacement piece right away, along with a replacement front fan, they emailed the instructions on how to replace the top piece. At least the computer could be used until the damaged items could be replaced.
NCIX really screwed this order up – and after spending plenty of $$$$ this year! A follow up complaint was never answered and neither was the letter why future orders were not going to be given to them.
Oh and to add insult… I found out about the free shipping for points deal 15 minutes after my order was supposedly processed, I was told that they can do nothing about it and full shipping charge applies.
This was a bad deal and service? What service??

Pros: Great Low Pricing, The CoolerMaster Stacker 830 that I bought was cheaper by 50$ than anywhere locally and any other online shop, and NCIX had their free shipping deal for 500 points, Just a great deal.
The shipping was fast, one product was on backorder so it took longer, but they shipped it express air when I only paid for standart ground.
Overall I'm really happy with my purchase at NCIX and I recomend buying form them.
Cons: None really, They are a good place to buy computer components

Cons: - shipping costs can be a pain for small orders. Minimum is around $12, for even a stick of ram. So, we need to order multiple items to make it worth the shippinc cost.

I ordered ONE item for my order only, which was nothing but a LCD monitor which was in-stock, confirmed both online and on phone. And AFAIK, LCD mon doesn't even need separate packaging since they always come in boxes from manuafacturer.
I paid $30 for the "Want it fast?" "Express Shipping", hoping I could really get it fast, hoping I could use it for the long weekend (the next monday was a university holiday). I placed the order on Monday.... Order tracking showed my order had been processed and charged on Tuesday (and which I confirmed with my credit card company). Then I waited and waited for them to actually send my order out... Tuesday gone, Wednesday gone, Thursday gone... and finally the order was shipped on Friday at the end of the day around 5:30pm pacific time. And so I could only receive my LCD the week after.
I've called in 3 times and sent in service ticket (message) to NCIX during that waiting period,.... asking why my order was charged and ready and yet not shipped out? What is it doing there sitting idle for days?? What's the point of $30 Express Shipping when NCIX themselves don't put any care on sending the orders out in time?! I got absolutely no useful replies from them, other than the usual "your order will be shipped in 1-2 business days" tone.
Finally I sent in another "Priority service ticket" and some one called Ryan gave me some NCIX points which allowed me for free shipping on my NEXT order.... which honestly I wasn't too happy with... I'd rather they credit me back the shipping charge for THIS order for the mess.
Overall, it's not a huge problem... but if you need something real bad or in a hurry ... well becareful.

Pros: Web site is a resource for computer-part info and is second to none; messageboard/pictures/review links for EACH item, checks stock availability, online price match, very professional, rewards, etc.
Items are well packaged and shipped in a variety of methods. They even allow pick-up at warehouse.
Frequent sales.
For Ontario customers: They only charge 7% sales tax (This makes up for shipping if you buy $175 or more).
Cons: Only 1 location for Canada.
Hot items are often out of stock because of store popularity, but supply is usually replenished.
Not the first store to get those hot new items.
Don't offer many discounts on shipping.

Pros: These guys have been AMAZING for returns, as long as you're willing to either swallow a 15% restocking fee, or take 100% store credit. Their selection is great and their forums are amazing - free, near-instant, peer tech support! They also have a good phone support system that is prompt, with well-trained personel at the other end.
Cons: As above- the 15% restocking fee is a bit of a kick in the junk. Sometimes, their shipping delays are a bit unreasonable, but they are always frank when you email them to ask where your loot is.

Cons: Took 2 weeks to send me my Radeon 9800 PRO. The web site said they had it in stock. A week later I called as I hadn't recieved and email update yet. They said they were very busy even after the Xmas rush. 3 days later I called again and another person told me it wasn't in stock at the time I ordered. Finally, after exactly 2 weeks the video card showed up. They would have recieved a higher score except for the fact that no one there seems to know what's goin on and everyone has a different excuse. There is no way it shoudl take two weeks to send a video card two provinces over. If you don't mind excuses and waiting for your product then I would order from them again.
