I got mine today in a plastic bag as it had exploded in the box It was disgusting, everything was disintegrating - and the sender's address was missing from the label due to the detergent so I had to open it to even know what it was. So disappointed

Oh no.....here is the information that I can give you based on the box mine came in.  The sample was sent out to me from a local Saint John office in my city so doesn't look like they are being sent out from only one location.  Came from Unilever Canada Inc. so perhaps try sending them an email and tell them what happened and see if they will send you a replacement since you won't be able to participate in the feedback if you don't have a sample to test.
