I was quite disappointed with July's coupon. It was only for a $1.00 off coupon and some type of free oil treatment if you pay regular price for a shampoo and cut. They don't seem to be sticking with their promise of a $2.00 coupon for a haircut. When you're on a limited income (ODSP) as I am, every penny counts.
