I've been noticing lately, alot more full size freebies or very generous samples been given out, what are all of your thoughts on this?

I haven't noticed much difference. Perhaps I'm just missing out though!

Have noticed that there have been lots of freebies given away in the big cities.

I actually have been thinking the opposite.. i've been getting a lot less full size samples. Maybe it's because about 6 months to a year ago there were a lot more FPC available, and that made it seem like more full size freebies. ( think Kashi, LaCoupe, Herbal Essences, Pledge, Glade..)

I haven't noticed either but I too might be missing out on all the good ones! The P&G ones are always generous tho

I agree with Mohitto, there were a lot more, it seems, six months ago with the Kashi, LaCoupe, etc.

I find that it goes in waves. There are times where I feel that all of a sudden I get really good big freebies and then none for awhile so it's about the same for me i'd say, it just comes and goes.

Since I have only been a PN member since April 2009, I can only use the past 8 months and my experience since then. Yes, I find that there are more full sized freebies available now than there was in the first few months. Just in the past while I have gotten the Glade Scented Oil Tin FPC, Sunlight Laundry Detergent, and Liberte yogurt FPC. The only other full sized freebie that I have gotten was the Kashi granola bars FPC (and that was months ago). So I have gotten more full sized freebies in the past couple months than I did in the first 6 months of being a PN member.

I joined in 2006 and I find this past little while, the freebies have been very generous, this is including FPC's and etc...........I might have missed out on some in the past, but I found they were more sporadic, now it seems like every other week there is an offer for a full size freebie? Maybe cause I wasn't blogging about them then and hadn't noticed Maybe I'm delusional Thanks for sharing everyone, can't wait to hear more

Hmmmm, that's a toughie. Seems to me like it goes in spurts. And it also seems to that the full size freebies dont get sent to everyone; its like you have to be chosen. Its like i was CHOSEN to receive the full size Revitalift eye cream duo (whatever its called) but i havent seen anyone else mention they received that freebie ($19.99 value). Also there have been other full size freebies that ive signed up for, other people have received, but i never did. So its like the companies chose now. Also there were a lot more FPC's around before and now i find more BOGO's or B2G1.

I signed my daughter and daughter-in-law for the Sunlight Detergent and the Green Works detergent. I got mine but they havent received theirs. Thats why i figure the companies chose now.

Sure there are, read the freebie section and you will find some that are available or look at posts above to find out what others are getting.

In the last year, I think I've seen fewer full size samples and the ones that are available are given out more on a "contest" type basis than available to everyone. Even at the trade shows like the National Women's show, I saw fewer freebie samples in general and far fewer full size samples.

Some are getting bigger. For example, I picked up a Editable arrangements sample worth $15 today for a promo they had on facebook about a month ago. Of course, it is quite pricey for the content "6 strawberries dipped in chocolate" for $15!!! But, it was good...

with the economy and all.....

What I've noticed is that I've received fewer FPCs) and more actual full-sized freebies (which I find odd since it's cheaper to give out the FPCs). I've also noticed that we aren't seeing as many free gc's as we once did (like Starbucks cards, etc)
