Individuals will receive a unique PIN number between 12:01:01 a.m. EST July 16, 2007 and 11:59:59 p.m. EST September 23, 2007 (the "Contest Period" in one of the following ways: while supplies last, printed cards will be handed out in selected Sears stores; individuals will receive an email from Sears containing a unique PIN number and link to enter the contest microsite; individuals will view campaign banner or button at sears.ca or associated Sears partners that will take them to the contest microsite.

Sweepstakes Prize: There is one (1) sweepstakes prize available to be awarded consisting of a 2007 Nissan Versa 1.8 S Hatchback with 122 hp 1.8L DOHC engine, 6 speed manual transmission with the Value Option Package. Value Option Package includes, Air Conditioning, Power windows, Power Door Locks, Remote Keyless Entry. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $17,148 CDN ($15,998 CDN plus shipping of $1,150 CDN). The winner will pay for the applicable taxes to acquire the vehicle. Upon notification winner will personally take delivery of the vehicle from a Nissan dealership within Canada reasonably close to the winner’s house. Winner must present adequate personal identification to claim the Sweepstakes Prize vehicle. Winner is responsible for all costs associated with any upgrades or option packages he/she may request. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent of the Sweepstakes Prize permitted except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Any additional costs incurred in obtaining, claiming, receiving delivery of and/or using the Sweepstakes Prize is the winner’s sole responsibility. Any portion of the prize not accepted by the winner will be forfeited. Federal and provincial taxes on the Sweepstakes Prize that may apply and expenses relating to the acceptance and use of the Sweepstakes Prize not specified herein as being awarded (including without limitation, licensing, vehicle registration, insurance, maintenance and fuel) are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Instant Win Prizes: There are 70,000 instant win prizes available to be awarded throughout the 70 days of the contest (1,000 prizes daily). The following Instant Win Prizes are available to be won: one hundred (100) CDN $25 Sears Gift Cards; ten (10) CDN $100 Sears Gift Cards; sixty nine thousand eight hundred and ninety (69,890) $20 e-coupons that can be redeemed at sears.ca on a purchase of $100 or more (before taxes; some restrictions apply). One Instant Win prize per person.

Visit www.sears.ca/win and www.sears.ca/gagner (“Contest Website”) during the Contest Period and follow the instructions to complete the contest entry form. Entrants must enter their first name, last name, email address, gender, full mailing address, daytime phone number, PIN number, confirm that they’ve read rules and regulations, answer the skill testing question, enter visual code and opt-in for Sears What’s in Store for You? (“WISFY”) monthly email. Current WISFY subscribers who receive their PIN numbers via email must provide the same information listed above with the exception of WISFY opt-in. Limit one (1) entry per PIN number. All PIN numbers must be entered on the Contest Website no later than 11:59:59 p.m. EST September 23, 2007 to be able to claim a prize.
