This contest thread has generated a lot of discussion/comments on PN. It certainly has to be one of the most interesting and yet sometimes frustrating contests. It is unfortunate for all involved that it has not run without some voting problems; but it has sure made for an interesting read and the contest isn't even over yet!

quote by jaykayell: Thanks gofforever, I will try to remember to vote for it every day. How did you come up with your recipe? Looks really good.
It took me a while to think up of something to make for this contest. I've often seen people put chocolate chips and nuts in tarts so I thought why not use a turtle instead. It has both chocolate and nuts rolled into one plus caramel.
Took me a while to get the filling mixture right so that it wouldn't be to runny. My friends and family didn't mind taste testing for me.
Thanks for the votes everyone and I sent a tip your way Lee03
