Or if you want a digital camera to use as a Christmas gift you can go to Black's. They have a buy 1000 digital prints and receive a Fuji A400 Digital Camera for $299.
So it's about $0.30/print + free digital camera.

the best place online is kwikpix.ca it's only 5 cents per 4x6 unlimited for the first order. They deliver in 3-5 days. The quality is awesome. It really is the best place I've tried!!
Kwikpix rocks!!

Have you tried www.kodakgallery.ca ? Bulk orders are $.15 (possibly less) plus there's a coupon for 25% off - Code - 25SAVE25 for orders over $25. It's been awhile, but I think if you set up an account you also have the option of picking up the prints at select BestBuy/FutureShop stores to saving on some shipping charges. When I used them, we had 100 free prints. I didn't have any problems with their quality. Truth is, most 4x6 machines are very similar in quality anyway - it's the machine operator where most of the problems occur.

Suggestions (from an techy):
1) If you just want to display your pictures, why don't you get a digital picture frame instead (some newer HDTVs come with this opinion as well).
2) If you want to send/give these phones to a friend(s), they why not upload them to Google Picasa and then give them access to the folder (you can choose who can see your pics and who can add/edit them).

Some people (my wife comes to mind) ONLY likes looking at hard copy in her hand. Pics I have display beautifully on our aquos but she is technically inept and doesn't want the hassle (?!) of loading a cd.
