Ya,
I'm looking for a job too. I bought this book called "What Color is your Parachute" it is the best-selling job-search book in the world, over 20 million copies sold (or something like that). It has a lot of good idea's in it. I let a friend borrow it, but when i get it back, i'll post some of the good points.

Here are the sites that i use

Career Owl

How to write a Killer Cover Letter

50 most desirable MBA employers

Hire A New Grad

This is the best UK jobs site
JobServer

JobPort

JobBus

HotJobs

Those are all the sites that i can remember right now...but there are a million out there...

But the one thing that i remember that the book says is that "the percentage of people that gets jobs from only searching on the internet is 4%, that mean that 96 people out of 100, dont get anything from the internet"

Iam actively looking for a new job. Iam disgruntled, and rapidly approaching postal. If anyone hears of an opening in the Calgary area, Id appreciate hearing about it. Thanks.

Another good method of getting a job is to just visit a potential employer's website!

Most companies have their own career section with various job listings and will let you apply instantly.

I received a call within 48 hours of applying and was offered a position about one week after.

Arg... I tried "hire a new grad" and was quickly disppointed... wrong kinda grad, hehe

I refuse to work at fast food anymore! Done that once, moved up a bit to a Deli, but will never work in foods again. Those two nearly killed me!
