1.Request forms are available inside promotion stickers affixed on participating Cascades® product packaging.

2.To obtain your free one-year subscription to one of the magazines offered, fill out the form by legibly printing your first name, last name, complete address, telephone number (with area code) and age, check the box next to the magazine of your choice and include three proofs of purchase (bar codes) from any Cascades® paper towels or bathroom tissue packaging, and mail the lot to: “Cascades Magazine Subscription Offer”, P.O. Box 72116, 151, Atwater Avenue, Montreal (Quebec) H3J 2Z6, no later than March 31st, 2010. Requests postmarked later than this date will be null and void.

3.There is a limit of one request per household.

4.Offer organizers reserve the right to verify the request forms and proofs of purchase received. No reproductions of any kind will be accepted. If any proof of purchase submitted is not original, it will be automatically rejected and will not be counted as one of three required proofs of purchase. Furthermore, proofs of purchase will be automatically rejected and will not count towards obtaining a free magazine subscription if they are mutilated, forged or falsified in any way.

5.Magazines eligible for free subscriptions are available at the beginning of this promotion. Cascades Tissue Group, its affiliated companies and their advertising and promotion agencies are released from all responsibility should a magazine cease to be published or should the number of issues normally published in a year be reduced. Obligations relating to magazine subscriptions are the responsibility of Transcontinental Media GP.

6.Allow eight to ten weeks for the first issue of your chosen magazine to be mailed to you.

7.Duration of magazine subscriptions is of one year of publication as from the receipt of the first issue.

8.Cascades Tissue Group reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the present offer, in whole or in part.

casper: I know, I looked all over the place for them and I could only find the 6-pack rolls and then the other day, I FINALLY found the 2-pack at London Drugs, only to be told that they are the regular ones and not the "extremes" that the coupon calls for....bye, bye FPC's.... they're the 100% recycled paper towels and tp, so it would have been a nice thing to try.

Yeah I ran into similar problem Kitty, lol Then I found out Safeway sold them so I went there and they didn't have any in stock either. It was driving me crazy cause I knew that the coupon was going to expire. But that is funny about the extreme paper towel. I find London Drugs really watches the coupons and lately I find stores looking at me oddly, lmao, cause I have so many freebie coupons. Just a assortment. Sometimes I don't buy anything and I just go in with my freebie coupons, anyways it was a great post Kitty, thanks and have a great day

I think the form is supposed to be on the package Mandee. If you don't have one, try contacting them here: http://www.cascades.com/site/tissue.../comments.html. But I bet you can just send in the UPCs and let them know which magazines you'd like. In any case, try the e-mail and let us know how it goes
